In order for us to better serve you, please always include your name, school [D.C., DMS, Th, Tu], and class year. If you are having trouble connecting to your e-mail account, please include name of secondary school, date of birth, major, dart mouth ID# or SSN#. Also include a phone number where you can be reached if necessary.

If you are having problems connecting to the "alum.dartmouth.org" server with your e-mail program, please send us a full description of your problem and what you've already tried to do to resolve it. Include your name and class, which e-mail program you are using, what operating system you are using (Mac OS 7.x, Mac OS 8, Windows 3.1x, Windows 95 or NT), and how you connect to the Internet. Submit your question on the technical request form.
We can only offer assistance for questions directly related to your alum.dartmouth.org e-mail account.
Because all Internet Service Providers and all Internet connection software are different, we are unable to provide technical support with your Internet connection software, modem, or Internet provider. Please contact your system administrator or Internet Service Provider for assistance with such problems.
