• Annual Ice Skating Party!  Join the DCMW at the north end of Lake of the Isles for skating at 1pm on Sunday, February 12, followed by refreshments and warmth at Bill and Martha McLaughlin''s home at 2350 West Lake of the Isles Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55405-2302. Families welcome. 

• DCMW is proud to announce our next book club meetings in Rapid City, SD (Feb 11) and the Twin Cities (Feb 13). This month, we'll be reading books from Dartmouth's own, Louise Erdrich.  We hope this new activity will provide DCMW members the opportunity to meet fellow local alumni and alumnae and participate in stimulating discussion. • Annual DCMW Holiday Party, Tuesday, December 13th, 5:30 PM.  It was a great time!  Hope to see you next year... 
  

• DCMW Scholarship Fund drive: We have a long tradition of supporting local Dartmouth students through scholarships.
  
  There has been over $1.6 million granted to our regional scholars since the start of this program - entirely from
  income! Thanks to your efforts and generosity, our scholarship program remains the most successful in the history of Dartmouth.  Read the fundraising letter and contribute! The letter includes profiles of recent recipients. 

• Pong event testimonial:
  The first Pong tournament was an awesome time!It was well attended, the location was perfect & judging by the fact that I was one of the first to depart 4 hours into it... everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. These factors all indicate a successful event. Thanks so much for planning, arranging with Gleuk's, procuring all of the PONG essentials (Cups, paddles, balls, tables, and fabulous Trophy), and partnering with One Village Partners on the presentation & educational components.

• President Kim visited Mpls!  President Kim came to town for a lunch at Windows on Minnesota in the IDS Center on July 27th.  Check out the photo's from the event online.
