10:00AM: Rendezvous at the Pala Mesa Golf Resort (2001 Old Highway 395, Fallbrook, CA 92028)
10:30AM: Embark on our guided adventure in comfort (All transportation for the day provided by Grapeline Shuttle)
11:00AM: Begin the day with a private tour and tasting at the Baily Wine Production Facility, hosted by Winemaker/Owner Phil Baily ‘62
12:30-2:00PM: Enjoy a scrumptious lunch at Carol’s Restaurant
2:00PM: Continue on our tasting adventure at Hart Winery (Temecula’s oldest winery in terms of continuous ownership, 30 years).
3:00PM: Monte de Oro Winery (one of Temecula’s newest wineries and host of the Temecula Wine and Culinary Showcase)
4:00PM: Return to Pala Mesa Golf Resort and freshen up and/or enjoy downtime at Pala Mesa’s large outdoor terrace before our night on the town (meet at 6:00PM in Lobby for shuttle)
6:30-8:30PM: Enjoy a “Temecula Casual” 3-course dinner with choice of entree in the heart of Old Town at the Front Street Bar & Grill
9:00PM: Join us for an after-dinner mingler at the home of Howard Jelinek ‘61 (walking distance from Pala Mesa), or retire for the evening.

Enjoy a morning of golf, tennis, or leisure time…or head home, filled with memories of one of your most enjoyable weekends ever! Tee times of 6:30-8:00AM, 8:00-11:00AM, 11:00-2:00PM & 2:00PM-on require advanced reservation with Leslie Herbach. Green fees are $59, $69, $59 & $39 respectively.
This adventure costs only $190 per person for DCLA & DCOC Members ($220 for non-Members). Overnight accommodation at Pala Mesa is separate ($159/room, double occupancy).
WHAT’S INCLUDED: all transportation for the day, including daytime wine tastings and evening to/from the Old Town; meals (lunch + dinner) and basic beverages; all wine tours and tastings; all gratuity, tips and tax; and of course, lots of fun!
NOT INCLUDED: any alcoholic beverages purchased at lunch or dinner, overnight accommodations and green golf fees.
