Come to the Dartmouth Club's family event of the year and help celebrate the final season at Santa's Village. Bill Grant '78, President of Santa's Village and his wife Deborah will host all Dartmouth alumni, family and friends to a delicious chicken and ribs barbecue in the center of one of California's oldest and most beloved theme parks. Now in its 43rd and final year, Santa's Village is tailored for kids 2-12, their parents and grandparents.
It has 14 rides, 10 gift and food shops, a petting zoo, puppet shows and many other attractions, including that jolly old man in the red suit with his reindeer. Santa's Village is located in Skyforest near Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino mountains, about 1 hour 45 minutes drive from downtown Los Angeles. Buried mile high in a centuries old ponderosa pine forest, Santa's Village provides the closest conditions to a New England Fall that you can find in Southern California.
So don't miss this super fun Dartmouth Club special family event at Santa's Village. BBQ lunch will be served from 12:30 - 1:30. Price: $18.00 per adult, $15.00 per child - $5 more for non-members; includes admission, BBQ, and parking (this represents a 40% discount). Kids 2 and under are free. Park hours are 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m, so come early and stay late to enjoy the park.
