Palomar Ventures is my new VC firm for investments in early-stage

information technology firms. My partner, Jim Gauer, and I raised $80M

from institutional investors including JP Morgan, Bank America, Sun

America and Merrill Lynch. We have an initial website at

www.palomarventures.com We have made six investments since April and have had one IPO with Efficient Networks. So far so good.

 

Ellen and the kids are doing well. Meredith is 15 in the 10th grade and

active in everything including pole vaulting. Doug is 12 in the sixth

grade and doing all the kid stuff. I wish I was young again.
