completing my fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry
next summer. My wife Jordana and I are anxiously awaiting word from
the Army on where we will be headed next. My son Austin age 4 and
Raina age 2 are not so concerned at the moment. I would love to hear
from any classmates to reconnect. Please get in touch () if you are

valley from Vail). We welcomed identical twin girls to our family in
November 2004. Big sister Annika (5 years) is very busy tearing up
the ski slopes and pirouetting across ballet stage. Please email me

my husband and I had our second son on December 30, 2004. His name

hectic! I'm still working part-time as an antitrust lawyer in D.C.
and enjoying the work-family balance. (8.8.2005)

to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. My wife, Soula, and three kids Alexa

Department of Biology, Indiana University (Bloomington),
continues to travel around the world with recent trips to North
Carolina, Belgium, Greece, North Carolina again, Michigan, Nebraska,
Seattle, New Jersey, and later this spring/summer more trips to
North Carolina, Illinois, Alaska, Poland and possibly Switzerland.
- Jaron (formerly Caroline) Kanegson: I left Dartmouth after two years for sunny & gay Berkeley, CA in
1991. I graduated from UC-Berkeley with a BA in Women's Studies
(1994), and earned an MA in English/Creative Writing at SFSU (1999).
I've had a few poems and essays published, but I think my greatest
accomplishment is starting Youth Gender Project in 1999, the
country's first transgender / transexual / genderqueer / intersex /
questioning youth organization, which I ran as Executive Director
until 2003. I won a KQED Local Hero award for my work with YGP in
2002, and it was one of my proudest moments! Previously, I worked at
LYRIC, San Francisco's LGBT youth organization, and taught at the
Harvey Milk Institute. Currently, I'm taking a break from the
nonprofit whirlwind to teach Hebrew school and tutor kids in Math,
English & SAT prep. I'll soon be heading back to school for a degree
in Psychology, after which I plan to continue my gender-related
work.
On the personal front, I have two neices and one nephew, the
children of close friends (plus a dog and two cats). One day soon, I
hope to become a parent. Recently, I was a guest at Laura Gadd's
'91 post-wedding reception for her and new spouse Lenore, where
I saw alumni of all sorts, including Anna Jaeger, who is now living
in San Francisco and fabulous as always. I also occasionally run
into Melanie Hagan, also living in San Francisco, (and also
fabulous), now an attorney. I also had the pleasure of seeing Andrew Lehto several months ago when he was passing through
town, and he seemed to be doing great.
- Susy Struble, who lives around the corner from me (Craig)
in San Francisco, works for SUN and is the current co-president of
the Dartmouth Outing Club of Northern California. She sent in many
of the remaining updates!
- Chris Seldin is the assistant DA for Pitkin County, CO. -
that's Aspen for those ignorant of such things. He's got a house in
Basalt and would love visitors. Sofia Veniard is living with
him - she's an architect on hiatus from work and when we last heard
was traveling the world for a bit (again!).
- Pete McBride is still a renowned photographer and writer,
does a lot of work for National Geographic and other snazzy
publications. He lives right down the street from Seldin.
- Sophie Cofman recently married Alan Shabel, '91
and is living in the Berkeley hills outside San Francisco. She's an
ob/gyn which should help with an expected baby!
- Tim Reidy is married and still living in Fairfax, CA (we
think).
- Kate Gaertner is in Manhattan, scheming up a cool
business plan that is on the DL. She's engaged to a lovely, sweet
gent named Patrick.
- Jen Cohn is working for a hot athletic clothing start-up
in the Bay Area. She lives in SF with her beloved mutt Maisy, and
she just got a kick-ass haircut that she says makes her look like a
rock star.
- Sophie Lieberman is in SF and just got engaged.
- Kari Loya is apparently marrying an Argentinian woman in
August - details of this were sketchy.
- Steve Bonz is in Malaysia, is married and has a baby.

John Conley, Sina Djafari, Ben Farell and Andrew Beebe.

triathlon, maybe more.

Country and lives out east, somewhere, designing clothes or
