From our Mini-Reunion Co-Chairs:
Save the Dates!
- SEPTEMBER 17-22, 2013
CHICAGO AND INDIANAPOLIS including Dartmouth-Butler football game.
It's been 10 years since the previous D'54 Chicago mini-reunion. A lot has happened new and great in the City since that time, including
Millennium Park, the Modern Wing of the Art Institute, new Architectural Tours, and a four times expansion of the American Toby Jug Museum (haven't heard of it? Check with Steve).
We will meet at a Tuesday evening reception; then two full days of exploring Chicago; Friday a bus trip to Indianapolis;
a full day Saturday to explore Indianapolis; Dartmouth vs. Butler night game; Sunday return to Chicago and home.
- OCTOBER 10-13, 2013 HOMECOMING, HANOVER AND NORWICH
The biggest event of the year is Homecoming. We are planning another 3-day extravaganza coinciding with the Dartmouth Homecoming.
We will begin with a Reception on Thursday evening; followed by lectures and class meeting on Friday.
For Dartmouth Night, we have reserved the best venue in town, the Hanover Inn's spectacular new Hayward Lounge, directly overlooking
the Green, for a pre-parade heavy hors d'oeuvres reception and post-parade and bonfire nightcap.
An occasion not to be missed!
Saturday it will be Yale vs. Dartmouth at Memorial Field; followed by "Back to the Barn" for a redux of the gala reception and
banquet of three years ago at the Mullins' house and barn in Norwich.
We hope to see you at one or both of these exciting events during 2013!
Jay and Steve, your mini-reunion co-chairs
