1954Henry "Jess" Griswold Willard, a graduate of Wethersfield High School in Wethersfield, Connecticut, where he was an honors student, ran track and served on the yearbook, died on June 10, 2009. He received his five-year Engineering Degree from Dartmouth and went on to receive his Master's Degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Jess was employed as an Electrical Engineer at General Electric until his retirement in 1993, after 37 years of service. He is survived by his wife Lois, whom he married in 1955, his two daughters and their husbands, Lisa and Michael Haas of Stafford, Virginia and Nancy and Robert Tozzie of Monroe, Michigan, his sister, Linda Ender of Winnetka, Illinois and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was pre-deceased by his son, Stephen Willard.. |
